With no centralized repository or business-specific access controls, the company couldn't guarantee confidentiality between areas or ensure teams were using the current version of each document.

The Solution

Kempro designed and implemented an information architecture built on three pillars: it consolidated all regulatory documentation into a SharePoint communication site organized by business line and protected with strict access controls; it digitized new-version approval through Power Automate, routed to each process owner, with a mandatory annual revalidation flow; and it built a corporate AI assistant with Copilot Chat on top of that governed foundation, putting official information within reach of users with omnichannel availability — including for clients — while always respecting each area's access permissions.
